1. About the product

Yt AI Tools ("the Product") is a digital cosmetic-guidance tool that uses artificial intelligence to analyze a facial photo and generate general skincare suggestions, a Skin Age Score and a personalized routine. "Yt" stands for Youth. The Product is informational and cosmetic in nature.

2. No medical advice

The Product does not provide medical, dermatological or health advice, does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or skin condition, and is not a medical device. It does not replace consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. You should always seek professional advice for any medical concern. You use any suggestion at your own discretion and risk.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter into a contract to purchase and use the Product.

4. Purchase & reseller (Digistore24)

Orders placed through this website are processed and fulfilled by our authorized reseller, Digistore24 Inc. (360 Central Avenue, Suite 800, St. Petersburg, FL 33701, USA). When you complete a purchase, you enter into a contract of sale with Digistore24 as reseller, and Digistore24's buyer terms and refund policy apply to that transaction in addition to these Terms. Invoicing, payment processing and applicable taxes are handled by Digistore24.

5. Plans & pricing

The Product is currently offered in two one-time-payment plans:

• Essential — $19.90: Skin Age Score, personalized AM/PM routine and aging signal map, with 6 months of access.
• Complete — $27.90: everything in Essential plus the personalized ingredient guide and progress tracking, with 12 months of access.

Prices are shown at checkout, may include applicable taxes depending on your location, and may change for future purchases. The price and features valid for your order are those displayed at the time of purchase.

6. Access & delivery

The Product is delivered digitally. After a successful payment you will receive access instructions (for example, an access link or login) via the email you provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address.

7. License & acceptable use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for your own individual use during your access period. You agree not to:

• resell, sublicense, share or redistribute the Product or your access credentials;
• copy, scrape, reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the underlying models or data;
• upload photos of any person without their consent, or any unlawful content;
• use the Product in any way that violates applicable law.

8. Intellectual property

All content, branding, text, design, software and the "Yt AI Tools" name are owned by Am Group LTDA or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except the limited license in section 7.

9. Your content (photos)

You retain full ownership of your photos. The skin analysis runs entirely in your own browser, so the photos you select are never transmitted to us and we acquire no rights over them and no license to use them — there is nothing for us to store, share or process. See our Privacy Policy for details. You confirm you have the right to use any image you analyze.

10. Disclaimers

The Product is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the analysis will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any particular result will be achieved. Any results, scores or testimonials are illustrative and individual results will vary.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Am Group LTDA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any decisions you make based on the Product. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (such as for intent or gross negligence, or statutory consumer rights).

12. Refunds & withdrawal

Refunds and any statutory right of withdrawal are handled by Digistore24 as reseller. Please see our Refund Policy and the refund terms shown at checkout for full details.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms (for example, by sharing access or misusing the Product), without limiting our other remedies.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil (State of Santa Catarina), without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. Any disputes not subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules shall be resolved in the courts of Criciúma, Santa Catarina, Brazil.
