2. Data we collect

Depending on how you use Yt AI Tools, we may collect:

• Account & contact data: name and email address you provide.
• Analysis inputs: the selfie you provide and answers you give (skin type, age range, concerns). Your selfie is processed on your device and is not uploaded to us — see section 3.
• Analysis outputs: your Skin Age Score, aging signal map and generated routine, stored locally in your browser if you use progress tracking.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, and general usage data.
• Purchase data: processed by our reseller, Digistore24 (see section 7).

3. Photos & skin analysis data

We treat facial images as sensitive information and have designed the product so that they never leave your device.

• On-device processing. The selfie you provide is analyzed entirely in your web browser, on your own device. Your photo is never uploaded to our servers or transmitted to any third party for analysis.
• Local storage only. If you use progress tracking, your scans (a small thumbnail plus your Skin Age Score and analysis) are saved only in your browser's local storage on this device — not on our servers.
• Your control. You can delete your saved scans at any time using the "Clear all my data" button inside the app, or by clearing your browser data. Because we never receive your photos, there is nothing for us to store or sell.
• We do not sell your photos or use them for advertising, and we do not use third-party AI image-processing providers for the skin analysis.

4. How we use your data

• To provide the skin analysis, routine and features you request.
• To deliver access to your purchased plan and provide customer support.
• To improve the accuracy and quality of the service.
• To comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations.
• To send service-related communications (and, only with your consent, marketing).

5. Legal basis (GDPR)

Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, we rely on:

• Contract — to deliver the product you bought.
• Consent — for optional marketing communications. You may withdraw consent at any time. Note that we do not rely on consent to process your facial image, because your photo is analyzed on your own device and is never transmitted to us (see section 3).
• Legal obligation — for tax/accounting records.
• Legitimate interests — to secure and improve our service.

6. Sharing & processors

We share data only with service providers who help us operate, such as hosting, email delivery and payment processing. These providers act as processors under contract. We do not sell your personal data.

Your photos are never shared with anyone. Because the skin analysis runs entirely in your browser (see section 3), no image-processing or AI provider — and not us either — ever receives your photo.

7. Payments via Digistore24

Purchases on this site are processed by Digistore24 Inc., which acts as the reseller of our product. When you buy, Digistore24 collects the billing and payment information necessary to complete your order, issue invoices and handle refunds, and processes that data as an independent controller under its own privacy policy. 8. Emails & how to unsubscribe

We send transactional emails that are necessary to deliver your purchase (order confirmation, access links, service notices). If you have opted in, we may also send newsletters or marketing emails with skincare tips and offers.

You can stop receiving newsletters and marketing emails at any time:

• Click the "Unsubscribe" link included at the bottom of every newsletter or marketing email we send — you will be removed immediately; or
• Email us at sarah_claes1993@hotmail.com with the subject "Unsubscribe", and we will remove you within 48 hours.

Unsubscribing from marketing does not affect transactional emails required to provide your purchased product (e.g., access links or refund confirmations).

9. Cookies & tracking

We use necessary cookies to run the site and, where permitted, analytics or marketing cookies to understand usage and measure campaigns. You can control cookies through your browser settings and any cookie banner shown on the site.

10. Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law. Facial images and skin-analysis data are processed on your device and stored only locally in your browser (see section 3) — we do not retain them on our servers, and you can delete them at any time from within the app.

11. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any right, contact us at sarah_claes1993@hotmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

12. Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

13. Children

Yt AI Tools is intended for adults. It is not directed to children under 16 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their data.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version.
